We want you to love your AI MOUSE. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused or in its original condition.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your AI MOUSE arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

We'll review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a return or refund.
